1. Access to the platform
Access to Nodge is reviewed and may be granted, limited, or revoked at our sole discretion. Due to high demand, new sign-ups for the Free tier may be placed on a waitlist. We may modify features or change service availability with reasonable notice to active customers.
2. Service availability
The platform is provided "as is". While we work to keep Nodge reliable, we do not guarantee uptime, data retention, or feature availability outside of an explicit SLA. Customers on Enterprise plans receive contractual SLAs and dedicated support.
3. Your code and data
You retain full ownership of any code, content, and data you push to the platform. Nodge does not claim any intellectual property rights over your work. Your Git repositories, container images, and application data belong to you.
We do not sell, share, or monetize your data. Platform data is stored on EU-hosted servers and is not transferred outside the European Union.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Nodge to:
- Host illegal content or conduct illegal activities
- Run cryptocurrency mining or resource-abusive workloads
- Attack, probe, or exploit other systems or networks
- Resell or redistribute platform access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Liability
Except where otherwise agreed in a written contract or SLA, Nodge is not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or security incidents. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users of significant changes via email.
