Consumer Terms (EU/EEA)

These consumer provisions are now part of our Terms of Service.

If you use a paid plan as a consumer resident in the EEA, your consumer rights, including your 14-day right of withdrawal, are set out in Section 17 (Consumer provisions, EU/EEA) of our Terms of Service. They apply to you and prevail over the rest of the Terms wherever they differ, and they do not affect your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
