Consumer Terms (outside the EU/EEA)

These consumer provisions are now part of our Terms of Service.

If you use a paid plan as a consumer resident outside the EEA, the terms that apply to you are set out in Section 18 (Consumer provisions, outside the EU/EEA) of our Terms of Service. The EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply outside the EEA; this Section does not limit any mandatory consumer right you have under the law of your country of residence.
